SELF ESTEEM IN A LOCKED DOWN WORLD In our current situation many of us find that we are confined to quarters with some challenging companions………. and that’s just the ones that live inside us! This is a three hour experiential workshop to enable participants to consider: How we develop the ideas we have about who we are Working with our own and our clients’ internal dynamics and understanding each of the parts Learning to bring all of these characters onto the same team.
