Service Description

This course offers you a unique opportunity to learn the essentials of CBT in an intensive 4 day training, with highly experienced therapist and trainer Dr Adrian Hemmings. This CBT course can be successfully integrated into other therapeutic ways of working. Having completed this two-weekend training you will be more confident to incorporate the key elements of CBT into your work and enabling you to practice with a richer set of skills in your counselling practice.
